Extended Commercial Licence – Whole Shop (excl. patterns) – 500+ sales per design

This licence grants you unlimited commercial rights to every non-pattern product in my shop.

Perfect for established creators, small businesses, and POD sellers who want one simple licence that covers their entire business.

Seamless patterns are NOT included.

These require separate licensing due to their higher commercial value. 

What’s Covered

This licence applies to all non-pattern digital products in my shop, including:

• Clipart + individual motifs
• Clipart bundles
• Glass can wraps (16oz + 20oz)
• 20oz tumbler wraps
• Bookmark sets
• Stickers
• Printable graphics
• Any other illustrated digital product not listed as a seamless pattern

What You’re Allowed to Create

Physical Products

You may create unlimited physical end products, including:

T-shirts, apparel, mugs, bags, labels, stickers, keychains, packaging, stationery, wholesale goods, manufactured products, and more.

Digital End Products (CLIPART and must be flattened Only)

You may use the artwork in digital end products, as long as the design is flattened and cannot be extracted, copied, or reused.

Examples of allowed digital items using clipart only:

• Digital planners
• Printable wall art
• Invitations + cards
• Worksheets
• Printable stickers
• Labels and tags
• Social media graphics (non-editable)
• Covers, signage, templates that cannot be edited by the customer

If the customer cannot access the original artwork, it is allowed.

POD Usage Allowed

You may use the artwork on Printify, Printful, Gelato, and other POD services for finished physical products only, not for uploading the artwork as PNGs or clipart. 

Unlimited Use

• Unlimited sales
• Unlimited units
• No renewal required
• One licence covers your entire shop

Not Allowed

These restrictions protect the artwork and licensing structure:

• ❌ Reselling, sharing, or distributing the raw digital files
• ❌ Selling or uploading my artwork as clipart, design assets, or templates
• ❌ Uploading the artwork as-is to POD marketplaces
• ❌ Selling any digital product where the artwork can be extracted
• ❌ Including my graphics in editable templates (Canva, Corjl, etc.)
• ❌ Claiming the original artwork as your own
• ❌ Licensing, sublicensing, or redistributing the artwork

If the customer can access, edit, or extract the artwork… it’s not allowed.

This licence is non-transferable and applies to one business owner only.
