How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 3–5 working days. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you can expect delivery within 2 working days of dispatch however this can vary if there are delays. International orders are sent via standard untracked shipping — delivery times vary by location.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
UK orders are fully tracked via Royal Mail Tracked 48. International orders are sent via standard untracked shipping, there is an option for tracked shipping at checkout. If you have any concerns about your order, feel free to get in touch.
What is your refund policy?
We hope you love your order, but if something isn't right, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a refund. We don't offer exchanges. Please contact us before returning anything and we'll guide you through the process. Our refund policy goes into more detail.
Do you accept returns on personalised or custom items?
Due to the nature of custom-finished items, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on these. If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch straight away with a photo and we'll do our best to help.
