Do I receive my files instantly?
Yes. All digital files are available for immediate download after purchase. No waiting. No email delays.
What programs can I use your designs with?
My files work in:
• Procreate
• Canva
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Cricut Design Space
• Silhouette Studio
• Most POD platforms
As long as the software accepts PNG or JPEG files, you’re good.
What license do I need?
It depends on how many items you’re selling.
• Standard License: Up to 500 physical or flattened digital products
• Extended License: Unlimited sales, POD use, manufacturing
• Pattern Licensing: For product lines, packaging, apparel, textiles, small-scale manufacturing

Can I use your artwork in digital products?
Yes you can use our clip art ONLY for digital products, as long as the artwork is flattened and cannot be extracted.
You cannot:
✘ Resell clipart
✘ Sell editable templates that expose the artwork
✘ Redistribute raw files
Can I upload your designs to POD websites?
Yes, but you must create a NEW end product.
You cannot upload the artwork “as-is.” You cannot upload to public POD sites such as Spoonflower, Redbubble, Zazzle etc
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes. I offer custom pattern creation, colourway adjustments, brand collabs, and exclusives. Use the contact form so we can discuss further.
Do you accept refunds?
Due to the digital nature of the files, all sales are final. If you have an issue with your download, I’m happy to fix it.
Can I share the files with friends or my team?
No. Each purchase licenses one user.
If your business needs team usage, message me for a multi-seat license.
