Items are printed, packed, and shipped to the address provided at checkout.
This includes (but is not limited to):
• Printed stationery
• Any other products added to the shop
PROCESSING TIMES
All items are processed within 3-5 business days before dispatch.
Processing times may vary during busy periods, product launches, or holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
• Items are currently shipped from the UK.
• Shipping availability and rates will be shown at checkout.
For international shipping, delivery times may vary depending on destination and local postal services.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. We pay these charges! Any further fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.
Please note:
• Delivery times may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
• Coquette Cloud Co is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once an order has been dispatched.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Coquette Cloud Co is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact me as soon as possible. For UK orders, please allow up to 10 working days and for international orders, please allow up to 30 working days before making contact.
